Typically, chair restoration takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work and fabric availability. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I be involved in the design process?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. This is your furniture, your journey and your ideas. Let us help you make them a reality

Can I provide my own fabric?

Yes! If you already have fabric you’d like to use, we’re happy to work with it—just make sure it’s suitable for upholstery (we can help you check).

What if I can’t decide on a fabric?

No problem! We offer Zoom consultations or can arrange an in-home visit with fabric samples to help you choose the perfect option.

Do you pick up and deliver the furniture?

Yes — we can organise to collect and return your chair, so you don’t need to worry about transportation.

Will I be updated during the restoration?

Absolutely! We send progress photos so you can see how your chair is coming along.

What happens if you find damage inside the chair?

If we discover issues like broken springs or frame damage, we’ll contact you right away and provide an updated quote before continuing.

Is there a warranty or guarantee?

Yes — our workmanship comes with a 12-month guarantee. If you experience any issues, just reach out and we’ll make it right.

Do you work with eco-friendly fabrics and fillings?

We do! We proudly partner with several sustainable fabric suppliers. Just let us know if eco-conscious materials are important to you.
